immune system; it can help in the formation of collagen.
Vitamin E is also considered to help maintain the joints
mobility and flexibility. The vitamin K is considered as the
one that aids with the mineral deposits for the bones. Taking
of supplements like Chondroitin and Glucosamine should be
considered because they help in rebuilding and in repairing the
damage joints and cartilages.
Intake of
these vitamins for arthritis would not make
you arthritis free but it could lower the level of your
discomfort caused by the illness. These benefits for these
vitamins for arthritis are to manage the
symptoms but it will not be able to cure it. Vitamins would not
be effective instantly since it would take time for them to
work in your system. Although you are taking in vitamins, you
should also maintain a healthy diet. Avoid foods that are
generally unhealthy like processed foods, junk foods, foods
that are high in fat and cholesterol and foods that have high
uric acid. Opt for healthier food options like white meat,
plenty of vegetables which contain lots of vitamins to improve
your health and have fresh fruits as well.
Although
science and medicine has already advance rapidly in this age,
the cure for arthritis is still as elusive as it was before but
at least now the pain and discomfort of the patient who is
affected by arthritis is already manageable and can already be
controlled especially if the patient is following the
recommended diet and therapeutic
exercise.
